Shipping policy

 

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

We advise purchasing the Route Package Protection. This is automatically added to every order and has to manually be removed by the customer if they do not wish to have package protection. If this is not purchased we cannot offer a refund for any lost or stolen items. Please visit Route Package Protection Here to file a claim for a missing package.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

For Standard rate shipping: We offer $7.00 flat rate shipping anywhere in the US.

International Shipping

All international orders over $100 will receive free standard international shipping. Any international orders under $100 will be responsible for shipping costs.

International customers are responsible for the payment of any additional fees, customs, duties & taxes upon delivery. If you choose to refuse delivery due to customs fees, there will be a restocking fee of $15 deducted from your refund once your package has been returned to sender.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at Info@madlove.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
